Sample Testing Procedure

1. Collect a small representative sample (the size of $1 coin) of the material to be tested
2. Place the sample into a plastic snap-lock bag and double bag
3. Clearly label each sample bag with a unique Sample No. (e.g. Sample 1)
4. Complete the PROLABS Sample Submission Form
5. Deliver the sealed samples and the completed Sample Submission Form to PROLABS for testing
6. If sending samples via NZ Post send to: Prolabs, PO Box 11156, Ellerslie, Auckland, 1542
7. If sending samples via independent courier send to: Prolabs, 13/22A Kalmia Street, Ellerslie, Auckland, 1051
